Fenrir's Journey : I Shall Devour The Heavens!

Fen Hanying had always been the apple of his Grandfather's, Fen Lee's, eye. Because he had been born with a unique constitution that had made the Yang energy in his body much stronger than normal, his potential had always been the highest in the entire Clan, nay, the entire City! To aid in his growth, his Grandfather had always found him suitable maidens from outside the Clan the help nourish his Yang energy further by consuming the virgin Yin contained within the bodies of females.Since he was able to become stronger while playing with women, Fen Hanying had always thought his life would be filled with sensual entertainment as he quickly increased his own cultivation further. He even believed that, in the near future, he would be able to have his way with the unplucked flowers of the other Clans within the City, increasing his own power even further. His rise was the same as the Fen families rise, so they had never spared any efforts in helping to make this dream of his a reality...So, why then, was that very same family currently being torn to shreds by the very girl that his Grandfather had claimed would be his key to becoming even stronger? His Grandfather had mentioned that, much like he had a unique Yang-based constitution, this woman before him had a Yin-based one. It was almost like fate had decreed his rise to prominence by bringing him the very thing he needed to pave his way forward. He could even feel the energy in his body surging the moment he laid eyes on her and, though she was very intimidating, Fen Hanying couldn't help but think about all the ways he would make her scream when she became his...So, how did the situation change so drastically that, instead of 'his' woman screaming for him, everyone that had treated him with care was currently screaming for her? What gave her, a simple furnace meant to aid in his growth, the right to go around killing his Clan members as if she were simply harvesting wheat in a field? Why were the Elders he had respected, the same ones who always told him how powerful he would be in the future, now groveling before this girl who was even smaller than he was? Did he drink some bad soup the previous night and, without realizing it, get stuck in a nightmare world that seemed more real than the reality he knew from memory...?These were questions Fen Hanying desperately wanted answers to but, shortly after his Grandfather had both of his arms cut off by the woman that 'should' have been his, her scarlet red eyes trained on him. In an instant, Fen Hanying felt as if his body were seized by a pressure that he could never hope to oppose and, as the nearly invisible blades of energy around her jade-like hands cut towards his face, the only vision of the future he could see was his own death..."AUDACIOUS! WHO COMES INTO THE FEN CLAN AND ACTS SO BRAZEN!? YOU ARE SEEKING DEATH!"Hearing these thunderous words, which seemed to cut through the void and cause the very heavens to tremble, Fen Hanying couldn't help but smile. He recognized the voice as the one belonging to the Fen Clan Patriarch, Fen Xinyi, the strongest man in their entire Clan. With his arrival, Fen Hanying believed that the Heavens still had eyes, as they had left him a path towards the future. Thus, with a smile on his face, Fen Hanying greeted death while thoughts of his inevitable rise to fame and glory spread through his delusional mind...(Fenrir's Commentary: 'Don't look at me with those disgusting eyes!')

After cutting down the terrible smelling girly boy, Fenrir snorted and raised her palm towards the massive spectral sword flying towards her. To be safe, she had triple-layered the barriers but, after seeing the 20m long green blade strike her outer barrier, Fenrir frowned because her overestimation of the old fat man had wasted her energy. Though it had made her barrier fluctuate slightly, the magical circle didn't suffer any noticeable damage at all, meaning it would continue to hold against an almost infinite number of similar attacks. However, even though she had determined him to be weak, the man still shouted out, "You despicable curr! Why are you killing my clansmen!? Where are your honor and dignity!?"Seeing that his attack had failed, the Patriarch of the Fen Clan, Fen Xinyi, doubled back in the air and thrust forward with his sword once again. Just as before, the blade produced was around 20m long except, different than his previous attack, this one had runes glowing along the blade's length. With a voice filled with righteous indignation, he shouted, "With the Heavens as my witness, I will strike down this wicked and vic-" Before he could send the sword flying forward, Fenrir appeared next to Fen Xinyi, coldly intoning, "Drivel..." as she cut forward with a blade of energy. Fen Xinyi tried to move back, simultaneously pulling his phantom blade to act as a shield, shouting, "You dare!?" with a thunderous voice.Unfortunately for him, Fenrir's blade was completely undeterred, making use of its 'Severing Laws' to cut straight through the phantom blade, Fen Xinyi's waist, and the small hidden blade that was floating around behind him. The Fen Clan Patriarch immediately noticed that all feeling below his ribs had completely vanished, though it could have just been an illusion as the searing pain he was experiencing was overwhelming. Since the 'Dantian', where a person's cultivation was stored, was located in the navel, he had effectively been cut off from his source of energy. It felt like all his meridians were exploding, causing blood to erupt from his eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.With the last bit of his strength, Fen Xinyi shouted, "You bitch! I'll take you with me!!!" as he tried to pierce his heart. However, this action couldn't be completed as the hand he had moved to perform the sacrificial act simply fell to the ground below. His eyes absentmindedly followed it until, in less time than it took to blink, his head started following the same path. The last thing he saw was various segments of his body that had been cut to have perfectly flat surfaces. They were so clean that, for a short while, the blood had continued to try and flow through veins that were no longer attached...Fenrir didn't spare an eye towards the deceased man and instead turned her attention to the strongest person that remained in the residence, an elderly woman who was so aged that her eyes could no longer open. She hadn't been as strong as the previous man, but the elderly woman was still able to stand on the air without aid as asked, "Tell me, young mistress, why have you wrought death and destruction upon our Clan...? Please, allow this old lady to go to her death knowing the reason..."(Fenrir's Commentary: 'Talking instead of fighting...foolish...')

After dealing with the two people following her, even though the second one had tried to run away, Fenrir made her way towards the western section of the city. She was following the scent of the old man who had stopped her earlier that morning, the first offender that had been riling her up. Fenrir didn't like the way he had looked at her from the start and, as he had a thick aura of blood around his body, she decided to kill him outright. If this didn't do anything to ease her frustrations and hunger, Fenrir would turn her attention to other people with murderous auras as well. She had seen too many instances of Cultivators from Sects doing whatever they wanted, even killing, so Fenrir wanted them to feel the pain and frustrations they had forced upon others.Though the city was massive, spanning nearly 800km in diameter, Fenrir had managed to reach a large compound with dozens of buildings, courtyards, and scenic gardens. At the very front of the residence, there was a large semi-circular gate with the words 'Fen Clan' in bold golden brush strokes. Fenrir didn't know what relation the old man had with the Fen Clan, but his smell originated from within the property and she wasn't going to foot around the issue. Ignoring the weak barrier that tried to prevent her from entering, Fenrir condensed pure magic power into her fist and smashed down on the roof of the building where the man named Lee was located.From within the collapsing rubble, several figures jumped out, swirling green energy around their body as an alarm began to sound out loudly throughout the compound. Fenrir, standing in the air using the footholds she had created, glared towards the three old men and two young boys that were being protected by them. She could smell that, much like the man named Lee, the other two old men also had a thick odor of blood clinging to their bodies. The more sickening thing, however, was that the slightly older of the two boys also had a scent of blood and negative energy on his body...Seeing who their attacker was, Lee shouted out in incredulity, "Senior? What have we done to offend you? Why have you come to the Fen Clan..?" In response to Lee's words, the old man to his left asked, "Senior...? So this is the little lass you were talking about...hooo...I see, I see..." There was a long beard on his face and, as he looked towards her with an appraising gaze, the man was stroking it with intrigue. Fenrir, feeling his eyes wander around her body, clenched her teeth and said, "That's it...I'm going to tear your eye out..."The man seemed amused by Fenrir's words until, much like his compatriots, he noticed that Fenrir was standing on the air without the aid of a spiritual object. Unless she was using some rare technique to achieve flight, this was a feat only someone at the Core Formation Realm could accomplish. The strongest among them was only at the Sixth Stage of the Foundation Establishment Realm, a full four large Stages below this small girl before them. Unfortunately, the moment this thought crossed his mind, the man suddenly felt an agonizing pain as half his vision became filled with darkness...(Fenrir's Commentary: 'STOP LOOKING AT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE POSSESSIONS!')
