Thus, after confirming that Killia wasn't going to randomly attack him a third time, he approached the faucet-like demoness and asked, "What's wrong?" in a gentle tone that didn't suit a Prinny in the slightest.Sniffling like a child trying to hold back their tears, Seraphina answered, "M-My B-B-B-Balor Gaze...is brokeeeeeeennnnn...!"Taking advantage of Vahn's close proximity, Seraphina clung to him as if he were her favorite pillow. This caused an "Oof..." to emanate from the former's throat as Seraphina's deceptively dainty-looking arms closed around his body like a vice. She was either a lot stronger than she appeared or, far more likely, his body was literally designed to be squishy.As that thought crossed Vahn's mind, Seraphina's tears promptly ceased as she said, "Oh, you really are squishier than normal. I thought as much.""Right...mind letting me go?"Furrowing her brows into a potent pout, Seraphina tightened her hold, saying, "I refuse!" in an overtly spoiled tone.Feeling as though his organs were being forced up his throat, Vahn promptly teleported out of Seraphina's grasp, a visible indentation visible around his body until he took a deep breath and reinflated himself. This caused Seraphina to appear as though she was about to cry, but, before she could begin the waterworks anew, Killia chimed in to ask, "How do I get out of this place? I don't have time to waste watching a comedy routine."Deadpanning in response to Killia's words, Vahn was about to say something when Seraphina beat him to the punch, stating, "Sir Killia, you're still injured. We don't have to worry about the Lost invading this place. Please, relax and focus on recuperating."Clicking his tongue, Killia continued searching for an exit with his eyes as he said, "I told you. I don't have time to play around. At this rate, Void Dark-"Without waiting for Killia to finish speaking, Seraphina bounced up to her, pistols in hand as she attempted to shoot him in the shoulder. Instead, a powerful pulling force robbed both of the pistols from her hands as Vahn warned, "You're really asking for it..."Paling in response to Vahn's words, Seraphina instinctually blocked her butt as the former directed his attention to Killia and explained, "Seraphina hasn't explained it, but time flows differently in this place. You have plenty of time to recover before venturing outside to face the Lost. Forcing yourself to fight in your current state is just senseless."Though he could have easily taken care of Killia's wounds himself, Vahn waved over the busty Healer, saying, "Please look after Sir Killia. The quicker his wounds are treated, the sooner we can take the fight to the Lost."Bowing low enough that her inordinately large breasts nearly spilled forth from her abyssal black dress, the Healer replied, "Understood. Please leave it to me."Responding with a curt nod, Vahn shifted his attention to the frowning Killia, stating, "I'm sure you have your reasons for wanting to rush things. However, in your current state, you are more of a liability than anything else. Now, stop wasting time and get yourself healed up. You're the reason we're currently idling about."Clicking his tongue a second time, Killia balled his hands into fists as he answered, "I never asked for your help..." through gritted teeth.Nodding his head in affirmation, Vahn began to gradually levitate from the ground as he rebutted, "I don't recall Seraphina asking for your assistance in dealing with the Lost. That's the thing about being strong. You can generally do whatever you want."With a complex magic circle appearing behind his back, Vahn extended his flipper towards Killia. This caused the latter's pupils to shrink, but, before the signal from his brain could ever hope to reach his nerves, the 'attack' had already hit him. As a result, he fell to the ground like a marionette with its strings cut, a surprisingly peaceful expression on his face as a comically oversized snot bubble expanded and contracted from his right nostril.Since he would have felt guilty having the Healer carry Killia's surprisingly heavy body, Vahn used his Telekinesis to lift the man's body before turning towards Seraphina and saying, "You should also get some rest. There is no enmity between me and Void Dark. I will watch over the two of you to make sure nothing bad happens, but your vengeance is your own. You're going to have to fight."Ostensibly offended by these words, Seraphina adopted a severe pout on her face as she asked, "You want me, Lady Seraphina, Overlord of Gorgeous, to do manual labor? Have you lost your mind?"Without missing a beat, Vahn replied, "You're the one who decided to oppose Void Dark. How you do that is ultimately up to you. Just don't expect that charm ability of yours to carry you to the top. In fact, you're pretty lucky you tried it on myself and Killia first. Had it failed against an enemy, you would have been dead, or worse, by now."Unable to refute Vahn's words, Seraphina just continued to stare at him with one of the most petulant expressions he had ever seen. She was used to everything going her way, so, hearing Vahn's words, she couldn't help feeling indignant. Unfortunately, no matter how indignant she felt, it didn't change the fact that she was weak and helpless without the support of others.........With nothing better to do, Vahn decided to lounge about with Makoto, the Demon Thief that operated the Item World. She had also attempted to sit on him, but, after skillfully evading her 'attacks' for the better part of half an hour, almost as if they were playing tag, he ultimately let her squeeze and cuddle his body as he asked her various questions related to the Item World.What Vahn didn't expect was for a sealed envelope to appear out of thin air as he was staring off into the starry abyss surrounding the Pocket Netherworld. Even stranger was the fact that Makoto didn't seem to notice it. If she had, her kleptomania would have immediately kicked in, as, despite possessing the coveted Class of Item Worlder, she was still just a Thief."Hmmm? What are you looking at~?"Noticing Vahn extend his flippers to catch something she couldn't see, a mischievous glimmer appeared in Makoto's cat-like eyes. Before she could even think about grabbing it, however, an irresistible repulsive force sent her sliding across the ground as a vibrant bluish-white light enveloped Vahn's body. Immediately thereafter, the Prinny known as Vahn, and all memories related to him, had vanished without a trace.........Opening his eyes, Vahn found himself falling from several thousand meters in the air. Looking out towards the horizon, he saw a massive pillar of light surrounded by concentric circles that were further segmented into a series of massive domes. At a glance, they appeared to be like greenhouses, but, rather than cover a small area, even the smallest appeared to be hundreds of kilometers across."Well, this was a little unexpected..."Ignoring the fact he was falling towards the ground at terminal velocity, Vahn pulled out the letter he had been reading prior to the sudden spatial transfer. It resembled an expensive and highly embossed greeting card at first glance, but, thanks to his [Eyes of Truth], he was able to perceive the inordinately complex magic formation hidden beneath the words:'This is an invitation to those of you with extraordinary powers. If you wish to test the limits of these powers, cast aside your family, your friends, and your possessions. We await you in the Little Garden.'"Isn't it kind of pointless to call this an invitation if you forcibly teleport the person reading it? Feels more like a kidnapping than anything else..."Though he was actually quite enthused about the current situation, Vahn couldn't help issuing a few complaints. Seraphina might have been a little annoying and Killia gave off an extremely edgy vibe, but neither appeared evil despite being born and raised in the Netherworld. Thus, even if it was only until they defeated Void Dark, Vahn wanted to watch over and guide them...(*Are you sure you weren't just looking forward to 'training' Seraphina...?*)Deadpanning in response to Sis' words, Vahn, still appearing as a Prinny, remarked, "I have no idea what you're talking about..."(*Oh? It must have been my imagination...*)Hearing Sis issue an amused giggle in the back of his mind, a fair amount of heat spread through Vahn's cheeks as he righted himself a few meters above the massive lake he was set to crash into. This caused the protective aura generated by the letter to dissipate, and, for the first time since his arrival in the Divine Realm, he could finally sense his surroundings."Oh, wow...this is quite something..."(*Indeed...*)Despite appearing as a relatively normal lake surrounded by verdant forests, Vahn nearly fell into the lake the moment he attempted to perceive his surroundings. He had already known this was the case prior to his arrival but even the most minute particle of sand upon the shore was a veritable multiverse. The same could be said of the air he was breathing and the water contained within the lake, so, the moment he tried to expand his domain through the area, it was like a physical mass of information had impacted his brain like a sledgehammer.Fortunately, just as he could filter how much information was discerned by his [Eyes of Truth], Vahn was able to tune his domain so that it wasn't attempting to analyze the internal structure of every individual particle within his perception. This took the better part of an hour, but, now that he was in the Divine Realm, he literally had all the time in the world.Though a part of him felt guilty about tuning out the voices of countless universes, Vahn knew he was nowhere near the level required to concern himself with their individual affairs. He still had a very long journey ahead of him, so, rather than allow himself to be distracted, he shifted his attention to the little girl who had been observing him since his arrival, remarking, "You're a little smaller than I anticipated..."Smiling impishly, the little girl, possessing blue-hued white hair, elven ears, golden eyes, and a petite frame adorned with a wa lolita-style kimono instantly retorted, "Speak for yourself, Mr. Penguin."Understanding why she had decided to summon him now, of all times, an amused chuckle emanated from Vahn's throat as he promptly transformed back into his true form. This caused the little lolita to click her tongue, but, without missing a beat, she sprouted two bat-like wings from her back and said, "Follow me. I doubt I need to tell you this, but my responsibilities as a Floor Master don't allow me to be away for long periods of time. We also need to register you at the Seventh Gate before those old farts in the central district decide to complain..."Though he quickly followed after her, Vahn couldn't help asking, "Oh? Are there people that even the Ranked 10 Shiroyasha-sama fears?"Snorting through her button-like nose, Shiroyasha promptly turned around, flying backward at hypersonic speeds as she remarked, "It seems your knowledge is a little dated. I haven't been in the Rankings ever since I gave up my title and obtained Divinity. Nowadays, I'm pretty sure the Rank 10 is either the Demon Dragon Emperor Adrammelech or that irredeemable pervert Deus. Either way, the politics of the central district have nothing to do with me. If that was your intent, I'm afraid you'll need to find someone else to act as a backer."Noticing the purples and greys mixed into her aura as she talked about the central district, it was easy to imagine that Shiroyasha had experienced something traumatic during her time as the tenth most powerful being in the Little Garden. Vahn could easily ascertain what this was using the Law of Identity, but, understanding that some things were best left for the person in question to reveal, he just smiled in response to Shiroyasha's words, stating, "Don't worry. By summoning me to the place, you've already helped me more than enough. From here on, feel free to sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. I'll be sure to make things interesting."Amused by Vahn's words, a smile developed across Shiroyasha's face as she flipped over and continued flying normally. She actually wouldn't mind lending Vahn a hand, but, after seeing how drastically his power had increased during his time in the Tower, she doubted he would need it. Due to the nature of the Divine Realm, virtually every inhabitant belonged to an organization known as a Community. Even Gods, Demons, Asuras, and Dragons were no exception to this, not because they were particularly interested in following rules, but because they didn't really have a choice.In the Divine Realm, a person's individual power, represented by various Gifts and Divine Blessings, took a back seat to the Authority possessed by the most powerful beings within the Realm. Simply put, it didn't matter how powerful you were prior to entering the Divine Realm. If you didn't have a sufficiently powerful backer or the requisite Authority to guarantee your own, you might as well be powerless.Regardless of their status in the Outer Worlds, every new arrival in the Divine Realm's started off in the fringe territories with absolutely no Authority to their name. This meant, without a backer, they could only make use of their power in very specific circumstances. More often than not, this meant participating in a Community-sponsored event known as a 'Gift Game'.Though there were circumstances that allowed children to be born, the vast majority of the Little Garden's inhabitants were entities that had either taken a part in its creation or were summoned there, specifically, as a result of their Gifts. These were, in the most simple of terms, non-standard Innates that could be transferred between people. Examples might include someone's Sharingan, or, much like the Heroic Spirits of the Nasuverse, abilities tied to specific legends or events.The primary purpose of the Divine Realm, as the Invitation Letter made readily apparent, was to pit the most powerful being from countless metaversal structures against each other to determine who was the most powerful. To this end, the beings at the absolute pinnacle of power had structured the world in such a way that the various Gifts possessed by its inhabitants could be won or lost. In other words, a single person could collect countless Gifts by challenging other residents. They would then bequeath these Gifts to other members of their Community with the end goal of taking over one of the many Gates comprising the Little Garden.Much like Vahn's original Little Garden, the Little Garden of the Divine Realm was separated into a total of seven concentric regions. These were further subdivided into various Gates, ownership of which allowed the Communities in charge to enforce inviolable Laws over the lesser Communities inhabiting their territory.As could be expected, the Authority of a Community was directly related to the number of Gates it controlled. Lower numbered Gates, meaning those that existed within regions closer to the center of the Little Garden, granted exponentially more Authority. In other words, the penultimate goal of anyone looking to test the limits of their power was to become a One-Digit Community. This would allow them to occupy territory near the center of the Little Garden, and, as a result, they would have the Authority to pass Laws that affected, not just the Communities located in the higher-digit Gates, but the structure of all realities.Simply put, the strongest existence within the Little Garden was basically the strongest existence in all realities. This was a status coveted by many, so, despite being one of the most unforgiving places in the entire Order of Creation, there was no end to the number of people who accepted invitations to partake in the crucible that was the Little Garden's Gift Games.Unfortunately, as horrifying as having your Gift stolen was, it was far from the only thing that could be wagered. Rather, due to the nature of the Divine Realm, being that it existed above all realities, it was possible to wager everything from your language proficiency to your literal existence across all realities. The only real limitation regarding what could be wagered was that both sides had to offer something of relative or equivalent value. Other than that, everything else was fair game.........As the Floor Master of the Eastern Quadrant of the Little Garden, Shiroyasha had Authority second only to a handful of individuals within the entire Divine Realm. She was also one of the founders of a Community known as Thousand Eyes, a Four-Digit Trade Community with more than a thousand branches extending from the 3345th Gate to the 2105380th Gate. This might sound like a lot, but, when you considered there were a grand total of 7,777,777 Gates in existence, owning a thousand branches as the former Rank 10 being in the entire Divine Realm was rather small.Unfortunately, Shiroyasha had given up most of her power and the status associated with it when she effectively 'retired'. The only thing she really cared about these days was watching interesting events play out, so, more often than not, she could be found lounging about in her room, eating snacks, and spying on events in the lower realms. In other words, she was essentially a lazy otaku, as, from the perspective of beings in the Divine Realm, all other realities were fiction.Shiroyasha's interest in Vahn was related to his existence as a singularity, something that shouldn't exist within the structure of the lower realms. All of the past, present, and future had already taken place in the lower realms, and, while there were new branches constantly being created, uncovering a single singularity among them was impossible. He also possessed knowledge that someone in the lower realms shouldn't have access to, but, rather than asking him to reveal his sources, Shiroyasha left Vahn speechless by guiding him to the outermost gate before promptly stating, "You're on your own from here. I'm not fond of babysitting, so, as you suggested, I'll be kicking back, relaxing, and enjoying the show. Feel free to stop by one of the Thousand Eyes locations if you want to exchange or purchase information."With that being said, Shiroyasha flew off before the crowd gathering in the streets could pester her. She might have abandoned her status as a Demon God, but, as the Floor Master of the entire East Side, there was no end to the number of people trying to curry favor with her. She had absolutely no interest in such things, so, unless they were someone close to her back in her Demon God days, she tended to ignore the politics of the Little Garden to the point of neglecting her duties.Wanting to ask her a few questions regarding the Little Garden and its structure, Vahn attempted to step through the Gate only to be blocked by an invisible barrier. At the same time, a status window similar to the type you would see in a video game popped up, informing him: Access Denied. Please Register your Identity at the nearest Gate Station.Knocking on the transparent window, Vahn was tempted to force his way through when the leader of a group of children, the oldest appearing no older than ten, advised, "I wouldn't try it, Onii-chan. The barriers barring entry into the Little Garden cannot be broken with physical strength or magical power. There have been people who spent days trying only to become laughing stocks the moment they entered the Gate..."Looking down, quite literally, Vahn found a little girl with short black hair and deep purple eyes staring up at him with a slightly concerned expression on her face. Her form-fitting white blouse and frilly red skirt made her stand out quite a bit, but, more so than anything else, it was the fact that all the other children surrounding her were dressed like orphans that caught Vahn's attention. Some were even carrying buckets filled with water, much like children fetching fresh water from a river in a rural village...Resisting his almost instinctual urge to pat the little girl's head, Vahn adopted an appreciative smile on his face as he said, "Thank you for your advice, Miss...?"Though she had thought Vahn was handsome from his side profile, the girl blushed beet red the moment he directed his ostensibly perfect smile towards her. She even stumbled backward a few steps, hand grasping her chest as she stammered, "M-M-Miss? Me...?" before quickly recovering enough of her faculties to answer, "M-My name is Sarina...!" in an excitedly bashful tone.Before he even realized what he was doing, Vahn extended his hand to caress Sarina's head as he amusedly replied, "Thank you for your advice, Miss Sarina. I'll be sure to repay this kindness in the future."With a veritable plume of steam rising from her head, Sarina found herself unable to respond to Vahn's words. It was only when he sought out one of the officials manning the Gate that she came back to her senses and flusteredly exclaimed, "I-If you don't have a place to go, you're welcome to join our Community! We don't have much, but there are lots of kind people who will welcome you!"Looking back, Vahn was about to answer when a man with red skin and four muscular arms butt in, saying, "Don't let those urchins fool you, mate. Giftless brats like those could only belong to a No-Name Community. If you're confident in the abilities you possessed on the outside, you should look into the Communities located near the Six-Digit Gates. If you're just lookin' to get your dick wet, the Crimson Moon Community manages a brothel filled with youthful-lookin' girls from various species. Don't waste your time on brats like this."Though he understood the man was just trying to give him some friendly advice, Vahn's expression immediately darkened at the mention of a Community that specializes in whoring out young, or, at the very least, youthful-looking girls. Sure, approximately a fifth of his harem was on the dainty side of the spectrum, but, understanding the basics of Divine Realm, it wasn't difficult to imagine most, if not all of the girls in the Crimson Moon Community being forced to be there.Raising two of his four arms in a gesture of surrender, the red-skinned man began to slowly back away as he said, "Woah, there. No need to get upset, fella. I ain't a member of the Crimson Moon Community. I'm just a simple butcher in the Apopo Trade Community. I wasn't trying to offend you or anything."Though Vahn was very clearly a new arrival in the Divine Realm, the aura emanating from his body was reminiscent of a member of the Strongest Species. This was a term colloquially associated with the three most powerful species in the Divine Realm, chiefly: Divine Spirits, Celestial Spirits, and True Dragons. Since all three could take on human forms, it was possible that even a beggar might be a True Dragon in disguise, so, the moment he noticed Vahn's pupils contract into thin slits, the four-armed man immediately tried to deescalate the situation.Snorting through his nose, Vahn decided to ignore the four-armed man as he shifted his attention to the now apologetic-looking Sarina. She felt like she had deceived him by trying to invite him to join their no-name community, as, despite her words attesting to there being a number of people willing to welcome him being true, it was also true that they possessed very few Gift Holders. This was, ironically, one of the few reasons they hadn't been subdued by one of the larger Communities. They simply weren't worth the trouble...Before Sarina could even think to apologize, Vahn returned his hand to her head, willfully messing up her hair before saying, "Relax. You didn't do anything wrong. Rather, it is the right of children to shamelessly rely on others. The real issue here is the society you're growing up in. Let's fix that, shall we...?"Though she didn't fully understand the context of Vahn's words, Sarina could tell he was offering to help them. This filled her with a strange feeling of ease, as, despite having just met, she could feel a certain 'reliability' radiating from the inordinately handsome man caressing her head. Without Seraphina to block his way, Vahn distanced himself from the group of lamenting Prinnies with the intent of conversing with the blue-haired Mascot who had been observing them with an impassive expression on her face. He no longer had any intention of entering the Dark Assembly, but that didn't mean he couldn't gain information.Approaching the girl, Vahn stopped just outside the range where he would have been able to look up her skirt before raising his flipper and saying, "Yo. Mind if I ask you a few questions...?"Tilting her head to the side, an action that caused the bunny-eared ribbon atop her head to bob, the blue-haired mascot girl appeared genuinely confused by Vahn's words. This caused the latter to feel a little awkward. Fortunately, he didn't have to ask if anything was wrong as the girl held up her doll, a peculiar white rabbit with blood-red eyes and stitching in place of a mouth, manipulating it like a ventriloquist to say, "You're strange..."Cocking his own head and body to the side, Vahn asked, "How so? Is it because I don't say dood at the end of every other sentence...?"Though she nodded her head as if to confirm his words, the blue-haired demoness went on to have her rabbit explain, "It's not just that. Prinnies are supposed to be irredeemable perverts. You should be trying to look up my skirt. Why don't you? Do you not want to see my panties...?"If Prinnies could actually smile, Vahn's expression would have appeared wry as he attempted to rub the back of his head, answering, "Well...let's just say I'm unique among Prinnies..."For reasons he could only guess at, the blue-haired girl visibly deflated, the ribbon atop her head drooping almost pathetically as she muttered, "I'm wearing my good panties and everything..." in a defeated tone. This left Vahn feeling speechless, but, after reminding himself that he was currently in the Netherworld, he quickly bounced back and asked, "Do you mind if I ask you a few questions regarding the Dark Assembly?"With her ribbon perking up like an excited ahoge, Vahn half-expected the girl to eagerly explain the details regarding the Dark Assembly. Instead, she concealed her mouth behind the white rabbit doll before answering, "I don't talk to strangers..." in a flat monotone. Then, apparently finished with the conversation, she scampered off in the direction of the Pocket Netherworld's cafeteria, unhesitantly abandoning her post...Issuing a dry laugh, Vahn decided against following after the blue-haired Mascot and instead took to the skies, an action that earned him looks of envy from the Prinnies he had previously decided to ignore. They also had bat-like wings upon their backs, but, like every other Prinny in existence, the appendages were vestigial in nature, wholly incapable of sustaining flight.Pretending he hadn't heard one of the Prinny's call him something very offensive, Vahn flitted up to central plaza before landing next to a diorama vaguely resembling a solar system. This was the core of the Pocket Netherworld, and, despite its relatively small size, the power emanating from the blue star at the center of the diorama was directly comparable to CHALDEAS. This meant it could output nearly as much energy as Tier 5 entities such as Gaia and Alaya despite being an artificial construct without even a minute trace of an Ego..."The technology of the Netherworld is ridiculous...It's no wonder this is a Tier 6 Record. If the power within this core could be weaponized, it could completely dominate a lower-tiered world..."As that thought crossed his mind, Vahn directed his attention towards the Bridge, a landing located at the top of a wide flight of stairs. There, a demonic girl with blonde hair could be seen sleeping at the helm in a pirate outfit. Seraphina had introduced her as Meaver, and, as could be expected, she was the Captain of the Pocket Netherworld. A little to her left, dangling upside down on the railing that encircled the platform, was a petite girl wearing a feline cap, cat's eyes goggles, a long-sleeved vest, an inordinately small top, short-shorts, striped stockings, and paw-like boots.Though the duo resembled an Archer and a Thief, two of the demonic classes available within the Recruiter System, their actual Classes were Netherworld Captain and Item Worlder. The former was a pretty self-explanatory position but the second, according to Seraphina, made the goggled-girl one of the most important demons on the entire 'ship'. Her name was Makoto, and, if Seraphina's words were to be believed, she possessed the unique ability to allow people to delve into virtually any object, drastically increasing its parameters based on the completion of numerous objectives...As the thought of strengthening items crossed his mind, Vahn briefly shifted his attention to the rather sizeable quantity of upgrade stones he had accumulated ever since he first awakened the Upgrade Function. This was inarguably one of the most powerful functions he had ever unlocked, but, for that very reason, he had never really made use of it. Now, however, he had found himself in a world where merely equipping items could drastically increase a person's parameters based on the modifiers associated with their Class."This is probably what gives people the confidence to reincarnate multiple times. As for why Enkidu was currently so weak, it was largely due to the fact that things like durability and special effects weren't accounted for in the statistics of a weapon. Instead, it only showed the parameters that the person wielding it would benefit from. In other words, by simply holding Enkidu in his hands, Vahn's Attack parameter had increased by 12 due to the 120% boost he received from his Class.Since Enkidu was an object he could equip and unequip whenever he wanted, Vahn was seriously considering upgrading it using the Upgrade Function. The only real alternative was upgrading his Zanpakuto, but, as their strength was already directly tied to his Soul Tier, he doubted the veritable horde of lolis needed a power increase.With a non-existent smile spreading across his face, largely due to the fact he currently had a beak, Vahn temporarily returned Enkidu to his soul. He had already made up his mind to upgrade it, but, before that, he wanted to see if he could increase its parameters in the Item World. He didn't know if the upgrades would affect parameters retroactively, so, with Enkidu possessing a mere 10 ATK, he would potentially need to upgrade it ten times just to increase its ATK to 11.Unfortunately, now wasn't exactly the best time to enter the Item World. Killia had just awoken, and, despite her attempts to get him to remain in bed, the edgy-looking demon pushed aside the busty blonde Healer as his golden eyes scanned the unfamiliar surroundings. It didn't take long for him to spot Vahn, who, despite resembling a normal Prinny, possessed parameters that surpassed even the strongest Overlords at the same Level.Raising his flipper in a nonchalant manner, Vahn intoned a simple, "Yo." before producing a number of afterimages in response to the man's sudden attack. This caused the demons in the surroundings to instantly enter into a panicked state as Meaver, Captain of the Pocket Netherworld, hit a massive red button near the helm. Immediately thereafter, sirens began to blare as every demon capable of combat began to gather in the plaza surrounding the Pocket Netherworld's core.Though he appeared troubled by the scene he was causing, Killia didn't let up on his attack even for a moment. He was convinced that Vahn was an agent of Void Dark as it simply wasn't possible for a Prinny to be this powerful on its own. Void Dark possessed a unique ability that allowed him to steal and transfer the power of other demons to his underlings. Thus, having never encountered a Prinny even remotely as strong as Vahn, even after more than 2075 years of existence, the only reasonable explanation was that Void Dark had sent him to either assassinate and humiliate him. After all, there was no greater shame in the entire Netherworld than suffering defeat at the hands of a Prinny...Believing this was the case, Killia performed an ax kick with the intent of splitting Vahn's head open as he shouted, "Tell me where Void Dark is and I'll at least spare your life...!"Evading the attack with relative ease, Vahn's expression became the closest thing he could manage to a deadpan as he remarked, "There is such a thing as being too hot-blooded, you know? If you're really that interested in talking, how about you stop trying to stab me with those claws of yours...?"Ignoring Vahn's suggestion, Killia attempted to grab the former's head with said claws. This time, however, Vahn didn't try to evade. Instead, he kicked up with the wooden peg that was his right leg, accurately impacting Killia's wrist before following it with a second kick to the man's chin. These two attacks only did around 90 damage each, but, due to his weakened state, the man was sent reeling backward as if he had just been smacked in the face by an indestructible bat.Breathing a little heavily, Killia wiped away a trace of blood from his mouth using his thumb before remarking, "You're powerful. I'll give you that. However, don't think I'll be defeated so-"Before Killia could finish his shonen-like statement, a series of heart-shaped projectiles peppered his surroundings as Seraphina, alerted by the blaring alarms, emerged from her room with running mascara and an incredibly incensed expression on her face as she screamed, "What's the big idea!? Can't a girl contemplate her woes in peace...!?"With all of Seraphina's attacks missing, Killia tentatively lowered his guard as he remarked, "It's you, that crazy girl who was confronting the Lost. Is this Prinny one of yours...?""Hey! Do you have any idea who you're calling crazy...!?"Furrowing his perpetually furrowed brows even further, Killia answered, "No." in a curt manner. This caused Seraphina to react as if she had received a substantial blow before quickly recovering as she shouted, "I'm Seraphina, the Overlord of Gorgeous! I'm the wealthiest, most attractive, and elegant Overlord in all the Three Realms! Now! Kneel before me! Balor Gaze~!"Understanding she wasn't the match of someone who could take on the Lost Army using nothing but their bare fists, Seraphina decided to lead with her Overload Ability, Balor Gaze. She wanted to prove that her ability wasn't completely useless and that Vahn was merely an exception, an oddity that defied common sense. Unfortunately, even after sending not one, but three waves of vibrant pink energy through Killia's body, he just looked at her in confusion before asking, "What are you trying to do...?"As if her entire life had been a lie up until this exact moment, Seraphina plopped onto the ground and began bawling with such intensity that visible arcs of tears were produced from her eyes. This left Killia awkwardly scratching his cheek, a troubled look on his face as he shifted his gaze towards Vahn and asked, "Does she always act this way...?"Since he had only recently met the peculiar Succubi, Vahn just shrugged his non-existent shoulders before asking, "Are you done trying to attack me for no reason? I'm not a part of Void Dark's forces and this place isn't really suited for battle. If your attacks had damaged that sphere over there, there is a good chance you and everyone else within this Pocket Netherworld would have died."Shifting his attention towards the core located at the center of the plaza, Killia's frown deepened as he sensed the phenomenal energies contained within. He was pretty confident in his durability, but, in his weakened state, it wasn't difficult to imagine himself being completely obliterated if the core went critical.
